I cant share that recipe, but I found another one of their recipes here if you want to make some low GI muffins of your own. I have been freezing the ones I make, and taking out as many as we need every day.
The only thing with these muffins is that they don't rise as high as regular muffins, otherwise they have a lovely flavour and are moist.
