jar salad



I saw this on the Echoes of Laughter blog, and I had to try make it!



Here is my variation: (made about 10 jam jars)

2 cans whole corn
I bunch chopped spring onion
4 grated carrots
250g bag of coleslaw
salad dressing

1. Layer in the jars
2. Put in the fridge
3. Pour over salad dressing & additional toppings when you are about to eat it.
