Well I started to make bran muffins ... mixed oil, eggs, milk
And then I couldn't find the bran!
It must have been used up last time :(
So I substituted more flour for the missing bran and it worked out ok

these muffins are not sweet and taste quite plain, almost like bread, so they need butter

I used this recipe, and used 4 cups of cake flour (leave out the bran and the whole-wheat flour)
