dinner

We chose this wine because of the cute picture on the label ...
:)

Then I had a LOT of onions so I thought I would make an onion pie ... well this recipe from Andy Bates doesn't use many onions but it looked good
The pastry was wonderful to make... easy to mix and roll out (no fridge time)

Here it is all baked up, the pastry is crisp and not sticking to my pie bowl!

 
Here it is ... all crisp and delicious.
