knitting in the garden

Its been a busy start to the school year, I have been running non-stop.
Today I took 30 minutes to stop and smell the roses :)

Here is a lovely swap parcel I received yesterday, from Evelyn in CT
2 x 50g NF Supertwist DK
and some matching buttons and a card

My stitch marker on the tree stump table

Marrow flowers

The rose that I moved has started sprouting leaves - YAY!
Poor Sunny the budgie died a few weeks ago so we buried her under the rose bush
the brick is her grave marker

Knitting on my sock yarn blanket

Frangipani.
It's the first time I have seen flowers on this plant, I love their scent
