Maple Apple Tartlets

I used a recipe I found in this book


I love this book, I got it a few years ago and I always seem to pull it out at this time of year, when the weather is cooler and I need a bit of inspiration.


These are very quick. The dark brown on top of the apples is cinnamon (they aren't burnt!)
After its cooked you pour syrup over the top.
Delicious!
My children aren't very fond of plain apples but I know they will love these!
