soup bread

I had a few packets of soup in the pantry so I made soup bread.

Soup bread
makes 2 loaves

500g self raising flour
500ml buttermilk
5ml salt
1 packet of soup
1 handful of grated cheese

mix the ingredients well, it will form a stiff batter, divide between 2 loaf pans.
bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes or until a skewer poked through the middle comes out clean.

I will be serving mine with chicken and salad. But it would be just as good eaten on its own with butter on top
