It is very very good
we don't use a lot of BBQ sauce, its always tomato sauce / mustard ... so this is a great alternative.
I probably didn't crush the garlic enough, I think its supposed to be smoother.
It made about 1 litre
Its lovely and smokey - I used smoked paprika
Its got a lovely thick consistency, here it is still hot and coats the back of the spoon nicely
